Yes, I read the book "The Millionaire Next Door" and in it made the point that inheriting wealth to become wealthy is the exception. Most wealthy people earn their wealthy and become wealthy by living rather middle class lives. That the American Dream is the the next generation of a family has a higher standard of living than the previous and that builds and builds. And that holds true with Trump, it wasn't a lottery, it was his family heritage.
