That's not a contradiction of what I said, for a policy to be legally binding, the participating parties either need to agree to the rules of the policy under contract, or the rules of the policy need to be established under law.

Literally no one said that reality would change. My original post was that there are no legal penalties for violating the rule, since it is merely the school's policy, and not an established law. Which is true, there are no legal penalties for violating the dress code. The school can indeed send you home, however there are no legal penalties.

Can you prove that they are legally binding? If not, then you're basing your position on the absence of proving a negative, which is illogical
