What does military bases have to do with anything and because of what group of people does Mississippi receive the most government aid and does that group vote overwhelmingly red or blue?

I personally don't care if we switch to the popular vote, but that's not how elections are run in this country. You don't like the rules, change them before the election. You don't get to lose and then say "but I won if you measure the vote in this other manner".

The problem with the popular voting system which I used to think would be a good idea until doing research, California, New York, and Illinois which are democrat sanctuary strongholds would control how the country is run. This while they're constantly recruiting/luring people with freebie socialist programs and giving them ID'S to vote.

In other words the democrats are trying to change the constitition to allow them to fraudulently steal all elections going forward.

Was I happy that Trump talked as he did about McCain? NO and no republicans will admit we are, I think anyway. Was I happy at the way MCcain trashed GW Bush? No but nobody kept breaking his balls over it either.

As for the rest of your quote, almost 50% of state revenue is federal, the state as a whole is overwhelmingly red. Red states make up 4 out of 5 and 9 out of 10 of the state’s most dependent on federal aid.

My vote in Alabama does not count in California either. Your state votes for YOUR state's electors IF your state legislature allows you to vote for them. Has nothing to do with any other state and your vote counts in YOUR state as much as anyone else's in YOUR state.

And that federal aid is mostly what? Which demographic group does it mostly support and does that group vote overwhelmingly red or blue? If the Democrats want to eliminate that go ahead. Until then it is a moot point.
