Who is going to empanel a grand jury for stuff that Mueller doesn't choose to prosecute?

If you want to talk about this stuff, you should read Mueller's remit from Rosenstein and consider who enpannels grand juries, etc.

Also, all we have today is what BARR says.

MUCH more importantly, Mueller stuck to his central issue - issues surrounding Russia and the Trump campaign.

So, there are issues Mueller did not investigate, and it's highly likely there are crimes Mueller didn't prosecute.

Read up on the "Woods Procedures" and it calls into question every warm body that touched the paperwork. There's a whole lot of corruption in high places.

As I've mentioned before the ruling class have been above the law for a very long time. They never see the inside of a jail cell. That has to change, and I'm hoping that Trump is the petty vindictive s.o.b. the left claim he is.

If Trump secures the border & cleans up the FBI & DOJ they'll have to make room for his likeness on Mt. Rushmore.

 

You're missing the process here. What Muller found was not then just hauled before a grand jury. Someone has to decide to prosecute first.

BTW: We know very little at this point. For example, Barr's statement does not rule out that there WAS illegal cooperation with Russia, but that it couldn't be tied directly to Trump.

We will know more when Mueller's investigation is made public. Until then, we're seeing massive amounts of assumption and BS.

So now you should loosen your tinfoil hat, it seems to be cutting off the circulation to your brain giving you delusions of conspiracy that do not exist. Because the investigation didn't find proof of any connection between Trumps campaign and Russia's interference in our elections does not mean that the entire investigation was some sort of deep state conspiracy. That is a totally ridiculous premise.

 

You aren't understanding the grand jury process.

Mueller's remit says he is ALLOWED to prosecute if he feels it is "necessary and appropriate" for him to do so as part of the investigation.

In no way does it suggest that the end of the investigation would be the end of all prosecution related to what Mueller found.

 

It's a hoax.

 

Adam Schiff is a snake, a treasonous snake. Investigate him for his false claims involving an ongoing investigation.
