No because Mueller announced he didnt have BARD evidence I know even if he could be indicted legally speaking, that he wouldn't be because they couldnt prove hed done it.

Congress can impeach for any reason. That's always been the truth. Where have I contested that?

That doesnt make him guilty of a crime.

Yes he said it’s not a summary of the entire report but a letter outlying the ultimate conclusions

He said he couldn't prove anything BARD which means he wouldn't have moved for indictment at all if he could.
    That's DOJ policy.

I guess in your country people are guilty till they prove themselves innocent. In mine we have a Constitution and we're innocent till proven guilty. Say Hi to Putin for us.

Storing classified material in the basement of your home IS a crime.

Yeah, you Leftists are all anxious for everybody to "let it go". Ha -- NOT BY A LONG SHOT!

As it happens, Lisa Page has now got her 'teat caught in the wringer' and she's begun to 'sing', for immunity from prosecution no doubt. You America-hating radical Leftists aren't going to like her song....

It has been as obvious a vomit on a sidewalk that Comey and Lynch deliberately covered up Hillary's crimes against national security and classified information in order to keep her from losing the election even worse than she did. Now, it's ALL going to come OUT!

The IG report says no improper considerations went into the Hillary decision. But feel free to keep obsessing.

Mueller's report says there isn't enough evidence to recommended Trump be indicted. Hope you are enjoying your "Hillary Clinton" moment.

It’s who they haven’t charged for doing that in the past. Specially Hillary.

You cant be this obtuse. It has NOTHING to do with turning them over. It has to do with the FACT that as part ot President Trumps office, Ivanka and Jared are required BY LAW (this ones pretty cut and dry) to use white house servers for their correspondence.

Reality, thats EXACTLY what it says. It LITERALLY details 10 instances of obstruction, then it very clearly states that he CAN'T indict Trump because the OLC says they cant. Not that he "won't" indict, but that he "can't".

He also says he didn't find any bard evidence of crimes, obstruction is a crime. He's saying he has no evidence, he has mere suspicion.

Actually it has everything with turning it over, the Presidential Records Act only requires that it be keep. The difference here between Clinton and Ms. Trump is that she did not have classified material, or DoD material, and it was turned over in a timely manner. Read the laws
