According to Wikipedia, Iran carries out 60% of all executions in the Middles East. Saudi Arabia carries out 17% of the executions. Strange that Liberals don't care about executions in Iran.

Hard to say, I think India has them in check.
But they are targets for terrorists, and have had countless attacks.
We could see something come out of there.
They are also majority Sunni, so Saudi Arabia could have influence.
