    HOW does that refute the FACT that:


    The legislators in the Alabama who passed this law are male and white...not all old but their ideas are.


    YOU were challenging someone on that and now that you've had that argument squashed you try to squirm out in another direction :)


    WTF does a voters gender have to do with anything anyway....there ARE stupid sexist women, too...…..men can't claim all the sexism and hatred belongs to them !!

    You have to understand, @FoxHastings can make legal arguments, but never MORAL arguments. This is because the legal argument is a guaranteed win every time. After all, we can't dispute the law.

    To be fair, I think that even the most radical lunatics on the left acknowledge that there is - on average - a difference in physical strength. This is perhaps the only difference between the sexes that they acknowledge!

    OK, first I made a correct statement.

    I never indicated in any way that they should be "all" of anything.

    I was discussing the diversity of the Alabama legislature , a diversity that doesn't exist....it was sarcasm.

    Their "let's take away people's right to their own body " legislation is slavery. Most slave owners were white so it's fitting to mention that the Alabama legislature is white.
