Alabama’s Draconian Abortion Ban Has Women On Twitter Ready To Fight

Women who have abortions lack the required mens rea to be prosecuted, due to the indoctrination of organisations such as Planned Parenthood which convinces them that what is inside them isn't a life.

 

They should be free to take them if they are a legal drug. Stopping a woman from putting something into her own body WOULD be taking away her right to her own body.

 

Sure, but @Daniel Light was talking about legal abortions which doctors might be too scared to perform abortions when "ANY termination for medical reasons is going to be subject to non-medical over sight by the District Attorneys office" due to the risk of 99 years in jail.

Well they would, at least in Alabama, if they all thought that there was a high enough chance of being put in the slammer for 99 years! I just don't accept that they would face this risk.
