Yeah, except for the part where it's not binding.

If it was binding, it wouldn't be gone.

Do we have 2024? Yes or no?

Its not MONEY. It says to spend 2% GDP in defense by 2024.

Which means by 2024 we will invest 2% of our GDP in our military. Orderung stuff from german defense companies.

No wonder we crush your companies so easily. You guys cant even check a calendar

When were you supposed to already be paying 2%? Hm?

    Was it before 2024?

    Why yes, it was.

You should already be paying 2%.

    You are not.

I gave you 3 examples of commitments Germany has not kept. Deal with it.

Your country is 3rd world. You have high infant mortality, live under pretty dirty conditions. Your standards are below any european country.

    I never praised terrorism.

No, the agreement says by 2024 it should be 2%. We hav 2019. We could go to zero and rise it to 2% in 2024 and would still meet the criteria.

Germany has never met it's financial obligations to NATO.

Germany has already said it will not meet the 2024 goals as well.

    https://www.france24.com/en/20190401-stick-defence-spending-pledge-nato-chief-tells-germany

last month Berlin announced that its own figure was set to fall in the coming years, from 1.37 percent in 2020 to just 1.25 percent in 2023.

It's not binding if the US wants to be a prick about it, true enough.

Which will be checked in 2024.

That said, Merkel has no other options to do that. I demand from my chancellor to oppose Trump in evry field.

Sounds like it's emotionally binding for some.

So there's me showing you that Germany doesn't live up to it's agreements.

No, I can say it now.

Germany was already supposed to be meeting NATO funding guidelines. It never has.

Germany then agreed to work harder to meet the goals by AGAIN agreeing to meet the requirement by 2024.

Now Germany has said it won't meet the goal in 2024 either.

So there's me showing you Germany has broken at least two NATO spending agreements.

Maybe we could get another NATO agreement for Germany to provide broomsticks for training that they would fail at.

Show me that NATO agreement that we break right now.
There is only one that talks about 2024. Show me the one we breal today.

Are you as mad as your orange baboon?

I mean that we do evrything against him?
He wants us to spend 2% and we lower it.

We show interest in F-35 and tehn after we got the plans, cancelled it and build our own jet.

We build Nordstream II and push USA out of the European market.

Must suck oh and our exports to USA are record high.

    I'm making perfect sense.

You're the one telling us we're in a binding agreement that no longer exists.

Has the UN sanctioned us yet?

    Anyone taking us to court?

    Any lawsuits in the US?

    Congress done anything?

    No?

Maybe all you really have is a mental construct that doesn't exist in reality.

you made a post saying you want Iran to get the bomb so they can "negotiate"
and yes, our country could be so much richer if they didn't give out all this foreign aid to lesser countries...including those that don't pay for their OWN share of NATO

And yet, our economy is doing well.
I don’t know how old you are, but the claim that “everyone is dropping USD in favor of currency X” has been around for at least 20 years and counting. Maybe your theory is just junk science?

    Sure.

When was the cost-sharing formula for NATO created?

    I'll give you a hint: it wasn't 2024.

    I have one other question.

What does Article 5 of NATO require of Germany after Iran attacked US forces?

Kim has the bomb. Works good for him.

I have a question, does it hurt you to see that Germany is richer than USA? That we laugh about you?

Nothing, since its outside the NATO treaty. That was made clear last year here when Merkel said that Northkorea could nuke the **** out of Guam and it would not touch the NATO treaty at all. If your troops are attacked outside your soil, they are free game there according NATO.

So you do understand how NATO works, you're just pretending not to know you've been breaking the NATO agreement since it was made.

Sounds like a good reason to leave NATO.

So you have the money to spend for your defense, you just intentionally don't want to keep your commitments.

It’s not binding because it’s not the federal law. No one must do anything about it here. Even a pinky swear carries more weight.

We have a 60 billion budget surplus. You can imagine that? A nations budget has a 60 billion surplus. I know...you run on a massive deficit

And still have no intention of keeping your spending agreements.

    I understand.
