    The agreement says by 2024, kast time i checked its 2019.

    Beside that what you mean by payment? You do realize that even if we go to 2% your pathetic country would not see a single cent, since the money would go to german defense corporations?

    Germany has not been meeting it's commitments to NATO. Period.

    This agreement is to get Germany to do what it should already be doing.

    The money goes to the defense of NATO countries, and is an obligation Germany has never met.
