Damn! Another one of these "THE IRS is in the tank for TRUMP" posts again ;) Clearly the left have no confidence in the IRS and all the audits they have done on Mr. Trump over the decades.

So by all logic, Trump is a tax fraud OR the IRS is corrupt OR everyone working at the IRS is a moron..

LOL, cite or did you just make that up? You don't lose your Bill of Rights protections when you live in the White House. Trump is not below the law.

Congress is granted broad powers when it comes to Presidential oversight, as the founders intended

Because, apparently, the actual process of legal jurisprudence cannot touch a sitting President....

Congress is all that's left... And only the Democrats in Congress at that, the rest having abdicated their oaths and duties...

The fact that you believe that the President doesn't have basic constitutional rights is beyond scary.

You are aware that an inspectors generals job is oversight.....yes?

In 2014, 47 of the nation’s 73 inspectors general signed a letter alleging that Obama had stonewalled their “ability to conduct our work thoroughly, independently, and in a timely manner.”

THAT'S how you want the government to operate? So much for bills of attainder a basic constitutional protection?

His personal finances are not under Congressional oversight, he doesn't work for them. They are coequals. The operations of the executive branch are under Congressional oversight not him personally. Separation of powers. Bad try though.

What's worse is they're asking for records from before he was in office.

Oversight on what? Is there any evidence of wrongdoing?

This appears to be just another Witch Hunt and an avoidance of the serious work which needs to be done.

So you want another Witch Hunt because you heard some gossip? Are you also one of those who fell for the Steele/Clinton/DNC/Mueller Russian hoax?
