They have to have probable cause.

 

Probable cause can be that you look like the person they are after.

 

Law enforcement requires a valid reason to stop a motorist. In order to enter a persons home and arrest them requires a warrant to search and a warrant to arrest. Are you in favor of giving police agencies more power over the people. The reason I ask is that many who claim to be conservative constitutionalists support the appointment phony CONservative judges who have consistently acted to undermine and erode the Bill Of Rights.

 

Why are the lefties so bound up over court ordered deportations?

 

Anybody on US land is protected by the US Constitution. Otherwise why would anyone risk coming here to visit.

 

Arrest these law breaking illegal immigrants in public. They have to come out some time.

Any non-citizen on U.S. soil who is given a court date and doesn't show up, can and will be deported by law.

Looks like the authors of the US Constitution really threw a wrench into the ICE mix here. ICE is another beaurocracy foisted on us by government over reachers after the attacks on 9/11/2001 with the passage of the P.A.T.R.I.O.T act. What would those helping people access their protection under the Constitution be charged with in order for guys like you who want to throw them in jail?

The fact is those people are employed by American companies and those companies rely on them.

I would like to see all immigrants who have lived here for years with American born children to be given a chance to become American citizens. Reagan did it in the ‘80s and it worked out and enabled our country to grow and prosper. These politicians should get together to work out a deal in which we combine border security with immigration reform. These ugly scenes on the border with caged children are not good for anyone. Neither is it going to look good when ICE agents kick down doors and end up killing a kid or any other person who is charged with a minor misdemeanor. This hard assed inhumane policy that is being enacted is not only destructive but it will never work.
