Confirmation bias is indeed a thing. However I have lost jobs due to my supervisor'sdesire to keep people of his own race working regardless of their incompetence whereas I remove the incompetent regardless of race. I have fired easily twice as many Whites as others for general incompetence or absenteeism.

 

Maybe you need to slow down and first define RACISM. By Democrat standards, it is anyone that disagrees with their vision, and that is a fact. Perhaps we need to come up with new words as they destroy so many. I would say anyone that is race conscious in every word they say....would be racist. I find that to be most all progressives, MLK desired the day when men (and women) would be judged by the content of their charactor not the color of their skin. In almost every situation or discussion, progressives see "RACE".

Conversely, if a white pulls into Bubbas Redneck Roadside Grill out in 'the sticks' in his 88 Caddilac DeVille with gold spinners, rattling the building apart with gangsta rap base tones before hobbling $300 sneakers up to the bar with underpants hanging out and orders a gin n juice, that white is gonna be surrounded by a bar full of very annoyed and suspicious fellow white people.
