Actually they predicted Hillary would win the Presidency. IE: The electoral vote. Because that is how the Presidency is won. Not by popular vote, but by the electoral vote. Plus there is some controversy on exactly how Hillary got those extra popular vote numbers. Some believe that illegal immigrants voted, which is a possibility since citizenship is not checked for in our voting system...something which even Obama admitted to. And some experts believe that Google swung around 2.5 million votes in favor of Hillary via manipulation of their algorithms (whether intentionally or not is what is at question). Depends on your definition of a landslide I guess. :shrug: Trump won 74 more EC Votes than Hillary. Going by that it was a landslide imo. However if you look at it as how many EC votes Trump got over the amount needed, which is only 36 since only 270 is needed then it wasn't a landslide. So really its subjective opinion on whether Trump won by a electoral college landslide. Just depends on your POV.

Try reading again. A russian company bought a Canadian company. They shipped the yellow cake uranium to Canada via a third party then it was shipped to Europe. It is not all in the united states. My wife and i made 39000 last year , the most we have ever made and our tax bill was mych lower. Maybe that 9 billion of increased taxes is due to the fact that a greater proportion of the middle and lower classes were actually working last year.

I am glad you made more money, but the working and middle classes paid more even though not earning significantly more. Allowing Russians to own American nuclear assets is in itself sinister because Russia is sinister, but that's not my point. My point is that the current administration is no more cozying up to Russia as the previous one which is the accusation i was responding to. Talk to the governments of Canada and the US who disagree with you. No effort has been made by the Trump administration to abrogate the sale. I agree with you on the Mandate as it was done was done poorly. Medicare for All or Single Payer will fix that, drive down costs significantly, and give you access to good health care for good costs.
I do agree our medical system needs a complete revamping. I'm not smart enough to know the best way to do it. I think it might be such a complex issue that no one really knows what will happen with any of the proposed solutions. There are bound to be unforeseen consequences to each of them. Getting insurance companies out of the equation is a good first step though, i think. Absolute numbers on taxes huh? From who? Media Matters or Vox?
