    Pelosi seems to forget a key fact. There IS NO WHISTLE-BLOWER COMPLAINT. The DNI and OLC determined whatever this person claimed did not meet the STATUTORY requirements to be a whistle-blower complaint. Therefore there is no whistle-blower complaint to turn over to the Congress. They will get the transcript but they are already moving the goal post to say that OH we need an audio recording now. And since both parties involved and the WaPo has reported there was no quid pro quo it is now "abuse of power".

    Is Biden above the law because he is running for President? It is the President's responsibility to insure money we send to foreign governments is not used for corrupt purposes and not being sent to corrupt governments. And Presidents can set the terms and conditions of that money.

    So when the transcript proves a big nothingburger what then?

    Kinda appears that way.

    Impeachment doesn't mean jack ****, it's no more than an indictment to bring to trial.

    What are the odds that 2/3 of the Senate would convict ???

    Barack Obama was really smart, to avoid being impeached and convicted he took out an insurance policy.

    His insurance policy from being impeached was having Joe Biden as his Vice President.

    With zero evidence. No Articles of Impeachment or laws to cite, Nancy Pelosi has finally given in to the Far Left, because the only vote that matters to her is the vote to maintain the Speaker Position in the House of Representatives.

    This is going to destroy the Democrats. I am 100% for it.

    Never has one party exhibited as much hatred for a person as the left does for Trump. Since democrats took over the House, what have they accomplished? All they do is hate, hate, hate, say that's racist, and hate.

    what's hilarious about all this is that it's literally the same thing they were doing yesterday. This President has been under investigation for since day one just because you call it a different name doesn't mean diddle squat. Boy this transcript better be good or you dems have stepped in it.

    I would prefer this country descend into chaos over him being proven guilty than this country be stable under his innocence, that is how much I hate Trump

    Um, yeah. What you have is a complaint that the relevant IG investigated, determined was an "urgent concern" and forwarded it to the DNI, who is supposed to send it on to Congress within 7 days, along with any comments he may have. Period. There is no provision for the DNI doing anything else.

    Instead, the DNI -- in an unprecedented move -- chose to contradict his IG, declare it "not an urgent concern", and thus not needing to be forwarded. His reasoning? It involved "someone outside the intelligence community" -- i.e., Trump. Which is logically ridiculous.

    The IG himself points out that this is inconsistent with past practice, and makes clear he thinks it's wrong besides:

    In a letter to Maguire, Adam Schiff points out the DNI does not have the legal authority to do what he did.

    It may descend over chaos with him proven innocent like the collusion delusion. Once more what is good for America is bad for the LW.

    Even if passed by the House, this stunt will be DOA in the Senate.

    the house has passed some great legislation that Mitch won't bring to a vote. So it is working well, they can show actual legislation that is ready to go the moment they get control of the senate.
