In this you are correct. Child support is not an obligation to the mother, it is an obligation to the child, to be paid to whomever the legal guardian is.

Equality for all doesn't actually exist as a legal principle applied in a blanket fashion. For example, minors are not equal to adults under the law. Felons are not equal to non-felons. Fathers are not equal to pregnant mothers.

There are HUMAN surrogates available....It is common knowledge....

It isn't always hard but it happens and has been happening to women since Day One.

And no one should be punished for getting pregnant by having their rights taken away.
