Sanger was hated in her day for saying women should be able to have their own independent sex lives. She's still hated today for exactly the same reasons. Only 22% of Republicans think abortion should be illegal in all cases - so obviously, it's become a moot point and it will never be taken to court as a murder case. You can stomp your feet all you want, but women aren't going to put in some little Victorian Age box for you.

Even if Roe v. Wade is struck down, then it just goes back to the states to decide, and less than a dozen midwestern states show any interest in completely banning abortion. And then Operation Jane is just reborn - before Roe v. Dude - less than 2% of abortions are performed after the 20th week - and NONE of those are performed at Planned Parenthood. After 20 weeks, abortion becomes a procedure that is only done in hospitals and the vast majority of those are for dire medical issues, and over 50% are because the fetus is no longer viable.
