I am saying straight up. Life not free is not worth living. I'd rather be dead than a slave.

Until they can come up with a way to deal intelligently and practically with the waste, I'm against the nuclear thing. But it does seem the French have devised a better method.

    Indeed it is.
Not bloody likely. You are talking about a decades-long series of governments that intentionally injected their own people with syphilis, subjected their people to Agent Orange & and depleted uranium weapons, refused medical aid to asbestos-suffering volunteers on 9/11 because they were "off duty" at the time, orchestrated political/military coups to topple democratically elected governments, lied about WMD's and invaded, tortured, and raped dozens of innocent nations costing millions of lives .... shall I go on? Britain can be brought to its senses but the U.S. ..... not much.

No, a bigger scam is that man's activities have absolutely nothing to do with the planet or the climate.

You are a slave right now, today, in ways you are unable to comprehend. Not just the body, but the mind can also be a slave.

We already have such "world bodies". But .....
... the U.S. has demonstrated time and time again that it plays by its' own rules and ignores any world authority.

The best we can do is send all American military and diplomatic legations packing and erect a fence round the whole of the U.S. with gigantic fans all along the rim, pointed inwardly, and let them eat each other alive. A sort of Jurassic Park but with Swedish steel links and German-quality padlocks.

Some value freedom of the mind more than they value freedom of the body.

There is no such thing as freedom of the mind, just slavery of different things therefore slavery of the body is whst counts.

The idea of free thinking is just a different way to enslave your mind.

Best to choose a master who's burden is light.

Thank you for an excellent demonstration of my point!!

As Mencken put it, "the most dangerous man to any government is the man who is able to think things out without regard to the prevailing superstitions and taboos. Almost inevitably he comes to the conclusion that the government he lives under is dishonest, insane and intolerable."

Mencken describes a man with a free mind.

You say that but there are tons of men serving life sentences (by their own plea-bargains) who ridicule your words.

That's incorrect. They gave up their freedom voluntarily when they committed theit crimes.

Yes, your mind appears to be enslaved by a certain Groupthink, as Orwell described it.

No, they (just like you) thought they'd get away with it. They are all placing "sure thing" bets right now that when the moment comes you won't be seeking death at all but will be grovelling in tears to have your life spared. Why shoot! I want some of that action myself. How much are you willing to wager?

I'm not doing anything that would end me up in jail or get me the death penalty..

Doing such a thing is a choice and that choice has the consequences of potentially going to jail

You've explained Europe. A body that has authority over others, their directives harming different member states in different ways.

That aside, although I'm pro oil and nuclear, I was against fracking.

That is the whole point and you are not paying attention. Those serving life sentences have committed crimes to get where they are yet they pleaded to live rather than to die. You have not committed those crimes but you think you'd rather die than to forfeit some silly notion of a "right" lost. The bottom line is that you are "talking shyt".

I am not pro fracking.. i am anti international influence in America.
That said fracking is how we got enough natural gas to allow reductions in the use of coal and thus reductions in co2.

    Pick your poison.

Rights are not a silly notion. They are reality.

If rights are a silly notion then our constitution is your " shyt talk"

Dutchsense is attacked continuously by the geological institute and he can't understand why. He has proven them wrong in that earthquakes can be predicted, and doesn't realize that the attacks have to do with the tens of thousands of fracking installations he's revealing on the satellite images. Our government likes to keep us in the dark where economics are concerned. Dutchsense even noticed that the areas where fires would break out were near volcanic fields, and were a red color on the satellite image the day before a fire.

Don't believe it. Some places are rising and some places are sinking because the underground water is being drawn out. They say that in California the farmlands are sinking because of all the underground water they are using. This is what happened with Venice. Italy realized it about 40 years ago and stopped the factories from drawing the water. It might be happening with Miami too, or maybe the land is sliding into the sea the same as with our Gulf States.

Anyway I believe in an expanding earth, so I don't see how the waters can rise if the earth is getting larger. I know the foremost expert on it went to an island in the Pacific to actually check the sea level rather than the computer images, and he found that the sea hadn't risen at all.

Look, people just have to adapt to climatic conditions - especially with their architecture. I find it stupid that wooden homes are being used in areas with hurricanes, and that homes have tile roofs that can fly all over the place, rather than rounded cement ones. Also people in flood areas should live and have their garages on the second floor rather than the first. A little common sense here.
