Have you asked any black democrat voters from Baltimore why they voted for him? Have you asked any black Democrat voters why they vote for Democrats at all? Ever? Clearly you & all the other GOP supporters feel perfectly comfortable talking about people you never interact with or make any attempt to understand on their own terms. If you did maybe you would have some insight - African Americans know that things can always get worse and they know that if there is any group in America who cares about them less than Democrats it is Republicans. You don't even respect them enough to ask them what they think. You just parade about the 10% who vote Republican like some sort of trophy. I have been saying for years that if I wanted to convince a black person not to vote Republican all I would have to do is let them see how white GOP supporters talk about them among themselves. Nothing I have seen in all that time makes me think I'm wrong. Oh, and repeating the same slogans as everyone else just makes it look even more like propaganda. At least put in some effort.
Claims like this require some verifiable facts. Can you post a reliable link to your assertion? You may be surprised at how many people post baseless crap and expect others to believe it.
Are you saying the Black people prefer to live in Democratic run ghettos, prefer third rate schools, prefer violence in their neighborhoods? If that's the case then the Democrats will be a shoo-in.
See, there you go again spewing forth the rote learned narrative. It is the only way you can process this phenomenon. You just run down the list of things years of conversing with people just like you has taught you to use. No attempt at insight or empathy, just hollow repetition. You could actually try to understand this, but you won't.
Already done this multiple times in prior posts. All you have to do is Google GOP Minority Voter Suppression and you will find credible links all over the internet from a range of sources. https://www.google.com/search?q=GOP....69i57.510522738j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8
Are you an American living in Australia or an Australian? How many African Americans have you interacted with from Australia? Just asking.
yes it would be great if you could take the black out of the name because people are people, but this is a black thing. They always refer to the "black community" and like it to be known they are black...don't ask me why, I'm white and I don't really feel the need to understand it, but this is what they do
I doubt very few considering the masses have not been told. Do you always parade a demographic to make a stupid political pundit observation?
This is an opportunity to explain why Democrats should be supported by Black Americans rather than just saying I lack empathy or insight. Why would they support the Democratic Party when the Democrats have such a history of failure in their communities and, frequently, a clear disdain for the people themselves.?
With regards to blacks, the Democrats have been very successful convincing them that the Republicans are racist boogeyman who will take away their government goodies. The Democrats tell blacks they are victims and treat them like they are "less than" and scare them that they won't be able to survive if they leave the Democrats' plantation. The Republicans don't treat blacks as victims or "less than" and they offer them opportunities to succeed so they won't need to rely on the government or be beholden to Democrats, but that first step to self reliance and independence can be a big one, especially with the Democrats' message reverberating in the back of your mind "you can't make it on your own, you need us". For too long, Democrats have taken blacks for granted as some mindless group-think Democrat-dependent voting block. Kanye is trying to break that. For that I give him a thumbs up.
Couldn't agree more, Thanks. Of course any Black American leaving the plantation is going to be called an Uncle Tom, an Oreo, accused of 'acting White', and so on. They use much of the same bigoted language when women, or any celebrity, dares leave The Party.
