    Democrats are the law making party. But why are they still whining given they have shoved zillions of their laws down our throats? They suffocate us with laws.

    They are all afraid of losing their spot in congress if they pass real gun laws.These congressional seats are more important than American lives!!!This has been going on throughout our history it is not a recent development the WILD WEST NEVER LEFT!!!!

    $2.7 billion a year is not enough to clean the urine, feces, and needles off the streets of SF and LA.
    Thanks for the minute by minute updates but in doing so many here have embarrassed themselves by making assumptions.

    Possibly not but citizens that struggle with our constitution are allowed to depart this veil of tears for greener pastures. I for one know Mexico has much stricter gun laws than the US. Perhaps.....

    I actually don't feel that bad for law enforcement, I mean it looks simple enough, the law will have the draw on you, don't draw on officers, that's authorized lethal force. That needs to be a more open conversation first, doesn't it? Who died?

    There was a shotgun spotted next door when I was in school. It does make the locks and doors and situation feel pointless.

    The shooter had a .45 revolver in committing this shooting,the gun was empty after he shot himself in the head.

    No one's made "safe" on campus anyway. What'd you do, how'd you manage to sit in a room with 20 students? How am I involved? Is this some sort of 20 student cult?

    Its a classroom. You put 20 students together, and tell us its best for studying.

    Prior to the school killings now a bit common, as a student from 1-12 grades (1944-1956) we simply did not ever think of a school shooting. Back then the public still had patriots. I did not see the hate from Democrats like we see now. We saw hate vs Reagan and vs GW Bush and now Trump. Yet Democrats churn out laws to curdle your souls. The Democrat party spawned all of this in my opinion.

    Most likely the magazine only held eight rounds. If he loaded one into the chamber, it only held nine rounds maximum.
