No he didn’t. Trump did because they had evidence of the pee tape.
See how stupid this gets when we just make up ****?

Well, I agree that the impeachment hearings were stupid. I said she "might" be facing criminal charges and that is why she filed the lawsuit. Certainly, Bill Barr and Durham would have cause to charge and indict her. She should be worried.

Page has no right to privacy. She was a federal employee.

Page is just pursuing an avenue to try and make a storyline that she is the victim.

    Wrong.

Your op link doesnt work.. but the good folks at CNBC have one. I can see no reason why the DOJ should be releasing text messages to reporters outside of a formal indictment..

Yes and now she claims she is in therapy over it..right before this is going to go to the Senate where the Republicans can call witnesses...

I see they are trying the WB approach.

What cause? Their cause to undo a duly elected official?

Barr and Durham are not done with their CRIMINAL investigation into the origin of the Russian hoax.

Lisa Page could be right in the middle of all of it.

Which investigation had access to the "missing" texts?

Thanks for the update, looks like "The Hill" tried to kill their own story or move it.

    Here is her lawsuit:

I read the actual suit you posted... all lawsuits do this, but this sounds dirty and exactly what the DOJ was up to in 2017, trying to tamp down anti-Trump sentiment.

    SNIP
    upload_2019-12-10_16-52-36.png
    ENDSNIP

If they can prove this "midnight run" happened, somebody's going to be getting some cash... but if they claim specifically what the reporters were told, it's likely they have one of them, for lack of a better word, whistleblowing...

You know Page has had this lawsuit in the works for a LONG time, apparently waiting for this IG report to come out officially clearing her before filing.

    WHEW!!

That is true, the Records Act of 1950. That said, they are allowed a limited use of personal access, i.e., booking a vacation.

Is there a provision for keeping your plans to prevent the POTUS from getting elected private in there?

Sorry, but being on a government phone made them government property. That made them subject to FOIA act requests.

    Live and learn.

You made the claim that Barr and Durham have completed their investigations.

Are you backing away from that claim?

She may have been waiting for the IG report to drop but she should have known that Barr and Durham are conducting a criminal investigation. It would not surprise me, in light of her lawsuit, if she was in contact with them already and they were aware of the charges. Pure speculation, though.

I am actually looking forward to her in the news and answering questions about this. I hope she has more talks with the DOJ.

Yes it’s my opinion that the investigation is done. They want to jack around and make all you cultist hard with words. So be it

I never once claimed anything about Barr or Durham.
