    Yah most of them

First, a new report from the Justice Department’s internal watchdog suggests the roughly 19,000 messages slipped through the cracks due to technical glitches with the FBI’s data-collection tool on Samsung devices, not because Strzok and Page went around the system.

Second, perhaps most importantly, while the messages were initially not captured, they have since been recovered. Trump’s claim gives the false impression the texts are still unaccounted. In fact, at least a portion of the recovered texts were given to Congress and described in press reports. Some messages between Strzok and Page were published by the Justice Department’s Office of Inspector General in a June 2018 report.

The inspector general was unable to recover text messages Strzok and Page may have sent using iPhones they were given when they joined Mueller’s team. But a special counsel official who reviewed Strzok’s iPhone before it was reset found it contained no substantive messages.

I am claiming you are not in the office with Bill Barr. :)

I am claiming Bill Barr might be looking to charge Lisa Page with some crimes and she is pretty scared right now.

That's what I was thinking. Weren't her communications on government equipment/property?

As I said. Most of them were recovered. Still doesn’t justify leaking personal messages.

Anything she produced during her working hours or on government equipment doesn't belong to her, personal or not.

I’m aware of the nature of your baseless claims.

If it came off a government device it wasn't personal.

Yah it still was. The law doesn’t say they can leak private info if it was on a dept device.

Of course there is such a thing. Record keeping laws even account for such a scenario.

ah... like every technology user agreement that you sign giving access to all of your transactions. There is ZERO assumption that you have any privacy using a gov provided device or service.. She's an F'in lawyer, and she should have known better.

The thing is that now that a year or so has passed and she still has not been charged in any conspiracy to illegally take down a sitting president she's getting cocky and convincing herself that she is somehow a victim rather than a villain who's been relatively lucky so far. She should have made a deal when she still had the chance instead of getting . . . stupid.

Page – So look, you say we text on that phone when we talk about Hillary because it can’t be traced, you were just venting, bc you feel bad that you’re gone so much but that can’t be helped right now.

Strzok – Right. But did you say anything other than work? I did, [redacted].

    technical "glitches"... lol

I guess Hillary smashing her phones and deleting 33K emails were just technical "glitches".

    Mueller destroyed them.
