    The DOJ did the midnight run release on 12/12/2017

    The FOIA request for all texts was submitted on 1/24/2018

    Again, I recommend reading the lawsuit... knowledge really isn't a bad thing...

    This. And make that unbelievably stupid. Heck even McCabe was smart enough to drop his lawsuit against the DOJ when news broke that a criminal investigation of the origins of the surveillance of the Trump campaign was underway. Probably a sign that he sees possible indictments ahead for himself and others including her.
