Irrelevant, you don’t get to ignore law because it was passed after you took a job.

    Also irrelevant

That had previously served them, they had no reason to believe they would freak out over a specific baked good.

    More conspiracy

Because it prevents her from becoming pregnant.
Thus the type of medication — emergency contraceptive

    No, she isn’t

No, I want you to answer the question.
Who was being aborted in this scenario?

Before you answer though, you should read up on emergency contraceptives to see that they do not work if you are pregnant — they only prevent pregnancy.

So again, who is being aborted?

Doesn't say and those are owner-operated.

    Because you say so?

Why, he tells someone who comes in he does not sell that drug. Why does he have to put up a billboard or something.

What does that have to do with anything. Do keep showing you have no real reason to object to this. The woman could order it off her smartphone and have it the next day or simply find a pharmacy that will fill the prescription, maybe she should ask the doctor who he would recommend.

so what? if she cannot perform her duties she should resign.

Before the Civil Rights act it was okay to discriminate against black people but afterward it wasn't even though you had a business that did it before the Civil Rights act went into effect. if you had a religious objection against serving Jews or black people you have to resign from your job or you're going to get sued as you should.
that doesn't matter if you're an employee of CVS if they ask you to do something and you don't do it that is insubordination and it is a fireable offense. He could work for a pharmacy that doesn't provide that or he can change jobs.
in the case of the bakery that was a sole proprietorship meaning the owner operator gets to make the decisions on what he bakes cakes for. and I don't have any doubt in my mind that these people are targeting these things and going after them.

What's an exception of the government servant that refused to do her job. She should have been fired on the spot.

I'm sorry if you have these beliefs and you can't have a job in a pharmacy that prescribes the day after pill. That is your problem. just like if you're a Muslim and you want to work in a deli that serves pork if you can't do that by your religion you need to find somewhere else to work.

as much as I don't like this idea of targeting and going after Christians. Maybe if CVS fires the guy Christians should boycott. If they really cared about this they would. You can't boycott the government so the twerp that refused to do her job she has to be fired. if you're a public servant your beliefs come second if you can't handle that find another job.

I don't think that would fly. It isn't the pharmacist fault she's pregnant

Who the pharmacist believed was being aborted.

"Meanwhile, ella — if taken during or after ovulation, as opposed to just before, which is the only time it could prevent an egg from being released — often allows an embryo to be conceived even after ingestion of the drug and nearly always kills that embryo. When ella was being considered for FDA approval, scientific research showed that the drug killed the vast majority of embryos that had been conceived after mothers had taken ella as emergency contraception. Whether those deaths are labeled “abortions” or “miscarriages,” or even just ignored, it is clear that ella does not always prevent conception from occurring, and it nearly always goes on to destroy any life that has been conceived. One member of the FDA advisory panel reviewing this evidence stated that the drug must function as an abortifacient in order to produce such results."

Did you have a point to make?

You don't have the right to force your faith on your employer or the public.

If you can't do your job because of your religion you should resign.

How was he forcing his faith or religion on to some one? He followed the law by all accounts.

Jesus this is just like the Democrats trying to impeach Trump before he was elected and now want people to believe them.

She wasn't pregnant, she never seen a doctor, just got a prescription over the phone.

A Walmart Supercenter was 30 minutes away and she could of bought it from Amazon, instead of driving around for three hours with a hit list
