What's the odds Chuck gets a vote of censure? I'm thinking it won't happen and deals are being struck as I post this. Democrats are doing whatever it takes to bargain his way out of this offering to vote certain ways on certain things if Chuck gets a pass. Business as usual in the swamp.

"Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo., introduced a resolution Thursday calling for Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., to be censured, following his fiery remarks directed toward Supreme CourtJustices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh."

    The GOP has the Majority.

Can they get Susan, Lisa, and Willard on board?

Democrats are globalist who are above the laws of nation states like America.

Just imagine if trump said what Schumer said, what Democrats would be saying.

    Probably nothing.

And, Trump wouldn't care either way.

The DP would start by accusing him of treason.

Nonsense, everyone knows by now that it is DP SOP to denounce opponents as "Russian agents".

I think Dems would call it an "abuse of power" if Trump said it, and they would impeach him for it.

GOP, please waste your time with this while a pandemic rages.

    Sincerely,

    Impeach him? So what?

They would never get 2/3 in the Senate.

Censure only requires a simple majority, the GOP has 53 votes in the Senate.

If Schumer's "conduct" is so outrageous, they could censure him tomorrow.

Cocaine Mitch just has to call the vote.

    Problem solved.:salute:

Then Mitch should call the vote. In my life, I have NEVER heard of a party leader threatening individual members of the Supreme Court until now. Censure should happen.

I foresee another reaction similar to Omar, make a general statement about making threatening remarks about justices and then have Schumer write a non-apology apology.

    Great.

The GOP has 53 Votes. What is stopping them?

Schumer is a POS. He’s scummier than Harry Reid, and that’s quite a feat.

Should be but won't be. Deals are being cut and McConnell is a wimp looking for a way out.

I read it. And, so what?

They have 53 Votes in the Senate, and (if this is so important) Mitch should drop everything and ram through the censure on a straight party line vote.
