    Good... now Mitt's wife can be released.... I'm sure he missed her....

    Mitt got the assurances he needed that this wouldn't go public...

    Of course, he was lied to, but it was good enough for him to go down this rabbit hole.....

    They are light years away from Joe or Hunter Biden with this subpoena, BTW...

    It's wrong for the President (up for reelection to that same office) to be involved... If a Senate Committee thinks there is reason to do an investigation, even a partisan one, fire away...

    And, as of now, it only involves documents.

    I am sure if Romney thought that a call for witnesses was politically motivated he could change his vote.

    If they are the President and have executive privilege and the person being subpoenaed falls under executive privilege or if the person being subpoenaed is the attorney of the person being investigated. You didn't know that?
