    If you want real news set up a Ku band FTA system and watch the raw feeds, you will get to see the field reports before they are edited/corrected for broadcast.

    This was the warmup from Ferguson during the riots.



    Note the comment "no sign of the National Guard."

    And this is what was aired "and the National Guard, they're not going anywhere."

    I don't think it was necessarily bogus nor some kind of thread win for you. It was offered, as he said and because it was reported in January doesn't mean it wasn't offered in December. You were arguing it didn't happen, which of course it did.

    Unlike YOU I was aware that an offer had been made in late JANUARY 2020 whereas you were under some mistaken illusion that it had occurred LAST YEAR in December when China was still only figuring out that they had a problem on their hands.

    That ESTABLISHES that it is YOU that is UNINFORMED regarding the topic and TIMELINE of relevant events.

    But don't let that stop you from PROJECTING your abysmal lack of relevant Subject Matter Knowledge since that is your usual Modus Operandi.

    Trump banned travel to and from China in January? I think you are wrong but feel free to support this assertion.
    The reason he called for "de-coupling" from China had little with stopping virus spread or anything you might associate with the pandemic. Trumps call for decoupling from china was statist isolationism. Full stop. He was wrong then and he's wrong now on that front. Hell,I doubt he even believes in it much (I don't think he really believes in anything - he has no principals to speak of) but it was a cheap and easy campaign ploy to get all the knuckle draggers behind him. Kudos to Steve Bannon or whoever the trump handler was that came up with it. It worked.

    WTF? You do understand that by every. single. metric. corona is more deadly than seasonal flu, right? I mean, ffs, it's several times as deadly (for every demographic) in the most conservative estimates.

    I'm very confused now your saying you knew it but you knew it was in January, AFTER I posted the link.
    Before I posted the link you were saying this concerning the US offering help to China.
    "Credible source for that utterly BOGUS allegation?"

    It seems to me that trump mostly loves trump. I don't remember anyone considering trump a patriot until the GOP was forced to defend him - and he needed a LOT of defending. From there, well, you see how strong a motivator cognitive dissonance can be.

    It was utterly bogus because @struth was fallaciously alleging that your criminal IMPOTUS had made an offer to send them PPE's BEFORE the Chinese themselves were even AWARE that they had a serious problem that would require PPE's to handle.

    In essence when he used DECEMBER that sent up a red flag that he didn't know what he was blathering on about as usual.

    Incorrect...the NY Times reported it was in Dec...and the Chinese were clearly aware it was a serious problem, but refused help, and lied.

    The President was on top of the matter.

    You and the left were clueless because you were chasing your impeachment hoax at the time.

    At some point, it may be better to just shut it down rather than split hairs over whether it was January or December and please stop quoting anything from the NYT. They have eliminated themselves as a news source 3-1/2 years ago.
