For tariffs, the reason for them were to disrupt China's Belt and Road policy which has been successful and has forced other countries to find suppliers outside of China. The only ones wrong about Hydroxychloroquine has been the media because the information came from doctors in the field. Now the media is touting Remdesivir based on the manufacturers claims and no field experience. Hydroxychoroquine is cheap and plentiful and has been used for decades. Remdesivir is new and will net Giliad bucks.

There were multiple talks between the Obama and North Korean governments, including a long 6 Country negotiation and
the 2012 Food for deNuke negotiations.

Of course, now you will post that those talks don't count, because a treaty wasn't reached - but Trump wasn't able to get
a treaty either.

The tariffs were unsuccessful. The chloroquine recommendation came from a minority of doctors but mostly from Navarro and Trump. Most doctors were against it. Not all doctors are equally knowledgeable or qualified. Those who rushed in with Chloroquine were foolish.

So I guess you think those having great success with Hydroxychloroquine are not good doctors and those that have not tried it are good doctors. Fascinating.

 

They are not having great success. There are some who did favorably respond, but very small number of people, most with intolerable side effects. For most people it does not work at all.

 

Like the doctor in Italy with over 1,000 patients on it that claims it shortens the illness from 10 to 12 days to 3?
