Again, the Constitution can be amended....and when you have a conflict between the "general welfare of the people" and the EXACT separation of church and state powers, the general welfare should take precedent. So if a bunch of folk want to risk their lives and their kids, that's THEIR business. But don't they DARE risk me and mine and claim a "divine" right to do so. That's just pure arrogant zealotry. By your "logic", church members can deny anyone anything in the public "gentile" community that they work in (ex., pharmacist denying a 20 year old the right to purchase contraceptives).

If a church operates as a business, then it should be taxed accordingly...and that goes for the executive branch of said business.

Oh, and since there would be NO taxation without representation, the gov't would NOT own the religion.
