    You've got that right.

So what was the purpose of jumping out of your truck wielding a shotgun? Please tell us Arch, what was the reason. If I just want to talk to someone why am I bringing out a shotgun.

Probably because there isn't one, tell us what was being said when Travis jumped out with his shotgun in hand.

Or when you don't have nothing to say, but garbage.

Arch you couldn't see with glasses on, get up to speed on what happened and then come back.

He claims he saw someone, he doesn't know that it was Arbery.

Fair point. Diego Perez says it was Arbery, but we haven't heard from Travis McMichael on the matter yet.

Since there are surveillance cameras we should be able to see if that is true.

You will never be able to prove your criminal had justification according to the law to be in fear for his life when he attacked. The trespassing is irrelevant to his attack.

And we have the complaint to the police by English of the breakin's. Produce the video of Arbery entering the house through the front. Produce the video showing the for sale sign out front or the "open to the public" sign. Produce the phone call or text message of English granting Arbery permission to enter the house. Present the video of Arbery walking over and talking the neighbor who saw him trespassing on the property and having a friendly conversation with him about how lovely was the house and he wanted to buy it.

If they didn't who does? People are expecting a ridiculous degree of justification,

in order to refute it, you would have to show the video was faked, and mcmicchaels lied to the police in his statement.

I have seen video of tons of folks going in and out, but only one guy was chased.

    How strange.

We know he had justification. The video shows mcmichaels blocking his path with a vehicle, and an armed man on foot. They ADMIT they are attempting to detain him. We see them brandishing firearms.

none of this is relevant. McMichaels had no knowledge of arbery being inside that house. He did not witness any crime first hand, which is required under GA law in order to attempt a citizens arrest.

They don't have to, only reasonable suspicion, they certainly had reasonable suspicion the felony of burglary had taken place given prior events at the same location and had a suspect fleeing the scene who fitted the description of the felon. People are misinterpreting 'immediate knowledge' as necessitating to have witnessed the crime for themselves or been directly informed by someone who has. In this they witnessed Arbery's flight from the scene of previous burglaries, knowing he fitted the description of the suspect and his attempts to elude the when they attempted to talk to him.

no. GA law requires you to show intent of a felony for it to be burglary. You can not do that here. Which is why they had no reasonable or probable suspicion or authority to detain him.
what previous burglaries? The description was "black male". That is not grounds for detention. They have to witness the crime of have immediate knowledge. They did not have either, which is why they are in jail charged with agg assault and murder.

Please, cite portion of self defense law in Georgia that justified your criminal's attack on McMichaels with evidence from the video.

    Go ahead.

Impossible unless you have a mindreading device. This is a circular argument, you state that it was unreasonable to detain Arbery for him to be questioned and searched by the police because you had no idea of his intent when entering as a trespasser, completing the felony of burglary. But it would be impossible to establish that intent without questioning and searching him, hence why the law allows for reasonable suspicion to justify such actions rather than expect an impossible degree of clairvoyance.

For the police, to search and question him and either establish his guilt or exonerate him for the felony of burglary.

Yes, to prove beyond a reasonable doubt within a court of law but that not to detain for the police in order to question and search him in order to establish that guilt, therefore reasonable ground exist.

Previously trespasses who had intent to steal, as established by the CCTV, Arbery was in the same place, a tall black male of the same age wearing similar clothing, fleeing the scene and avoiding them when they attempted to speak to him? If that isn't RGTS, what is?

Pretty obvious you didn't read it.

    (a) A person is justified in threatening or using force against another when and to the extent that he or she reasonably believes that such threat or force is necessary to defend himself or herself or a third person against such other's imminent use of unlawful force; however, except as provided in Code Section 16-3-23, a person is justified in using force which is intended or likely to cause death or great bodily harm only if he or she reasonably believes that such force is necessary to prevent death or great bodily injury to himself or herself or a third person or to prevent the commission of a forcible felony.

I asked you for the video evidence that proves this section valid for Arbery's fear for his life and you couldn't do it.
