There was a WHO notification that it would be like a SARS or MERS on January the 10th.
By January the 22nd it still was like... we need to do more research to determine how people get infected.

We also have him saying the first and only time that he went in and formally made a recommendation to Trump, Trump listened to the recommendation and went to the mitigation on March 16! Not to mention that we got Fauci saying on February 29 that people don't need to change what they do!
