Not me at all! If he got roughed up resisting getting into the car, that would definitely be on him. A far cry different than being handcuffed on the ground surrounded by four armed men and one of those cowards has a knee on his neck for 8 minutes!

 

If they had locked him in the backseat of the squad car while waiting for the ambulance and paramedics to show up, then Chauvin would not be charged with two counts of murder today....even if Floyd had died alone in the squad car of a heart attack while waiting on medics.

 

Because Minnesota is a "blue state". They don't protect their property like other folks rightfully would. It's all a collective anyway.

He would have smashed up their car and hurt himself. They were waiting for the paddy wagon which could have transported him safely.

 

One count of murder and one of manslaughter. But no, if he had did in the car people would just say "Oh you should have just restrained him until the paddy wagon came"

 

They were waiting for EMS because the guy said he couldn't breathe before they even had him on the ground.

Odd behavior, calling for medical assistance, for someone hell bent on murdering someone.

No doubt and had Floyd survived his cardiac arrest Chauvinist should still have been charged with a crime for thebpain and suffering he inflicted on him. The question nowbis would Floyd have died anyway due to that cardiac arrest which began before he even went down to the ground when he collapsed.

He was complaining he could not breath before he went down. That is a clear sign of a cardiac problem. He was breathing he was not being asphyxiated or strangled then and according to the ME report not while on the ground. The prosecution will have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the officers knee caused his death, that is question now. There is reason to believe he was going to die before he hit the ground.

 

How do you know they were waiting for a paddy wagon? There is nothing about that in any report. In fact, there's no indication that any assistance (medical or paddy wagon) was called.

You've said they knew he was having a cardiac arrest, with him saying "I can't breathe," as an indication of that. Someone called an ambulance. Probably citizens...which leaves the officers negligent if they though he was having a heart attack. If citizens didn't call for the ambulance, then the officers did and were waiting for medical assistance. Either way, an ambulance showed up. No paddy wagon.

Anyway, murdering a man having a heart attack, is better than having a suspect potentially do damage to the interior of a squad car?

Tax payers are going to be buying a lot of new squad cars destroyed in riots....because Chauvin didn't want Floyd "smashing up their car".

 

Keep ignoring the facts and evidence why do you ignore the ME report?

 

The video of Chauvin killing Floyd caused the aftermath. If they'd locked him in the backseat of the squad car until the ambulance showed up, then there would not be a horrendous video of a citizen dying under the weight of a police officer's knee.
