"We need more Justices or we will lose our 2nd. Amendment & everything else. Vote Trump 2020!" the president tweeted.

Trump went on to suggest the court, now with a conservative majority after his two appointments, was his new political enemy.

"Do you get the impression that the Supreme Court doesn't like me?" he added.

And he should spent the next months just writting EO's into law knowing a President Biden cannot simply rescind them. Legislate away.

Does this not inspires scores of Illegal Immigrants to do some illegal immigrating into United States in a bid to provide bright future to their present and future DACA children?

To scribble his seismographic scawl on something someone else writes for him? Maybe after he gets done blubbering on Twitter. Depends on whether he thinks it will help him get re-elected; that's all he cares about.

that would be an illegal EO, as useless as Trump creating an EO that said to execute Americans that did not praise him loud enough or bruised his ego

You should read the Opinion.."dispute before the Court is not whether DHS may rescind DACA. All parties agree that it may. The dispute is instead primarily about the procedure the agency followed in doing so."

Roberts basically said because Obama changed the status of the Dreamers, (which no EO has ever done before) they paid medicare, medicaid and SS, and DHS needed to consider their reliance interest.
Trump has no problem with DACA, the reason he gave to EO a sunset provision was he was hoping that Congress would do it's job and pass legislation. EOs are no way to Govern I think in hindsight, he should have simply waited til the legally of Obama's EO was litigated. The Sunset provision made those cases moot. With that said, he didn't also want the ruling to come down, and the Dreamers be left high and dry.

    It's just as well.

DACA and Obamacare are here to stay, for a long time to come.

The worst calamities are befalling the country: pandemic, economic crisis, protests, trade wars....

    Hillary couldn't have done better.

Illegal immigration allows gangs to strengthen their numbers. Incentives create demand. DACA is an incentive.

DACA only applies to people who were brought here as children. They didn't have the legal capability of crossing the border illegally. And I'm pretty sure any criminal involvement was a disqualifier for DACA.

I would think a single 3x3 block of Sudoku, with 8 numbers pre-filled would keep him plenty busy...

Illegal immigration has existed for 200 years and the country has still thrived.

The Supreme Court and the majority of the population reject your xenophobic values, even though you have had 4 years to sell them to the rest of the population.

You should prepare yourself psychologically for the fact that in November the majority will take back their rights.

non of them came to America as a child through no fault of their own and were raised here, went to our schools, worked here all their lives and know of no other country then this one - deporting these children would be like deporting your own children, they would have no idea how to survive over there, this is their home, the only one they know
