And a quick Google News reveals no major leftist outlets are covering this. Abc, nbc, CBS, CNN, NYT, MSNBC, ect aren’t even on the first 2 pages. Yes folks. The media really cares about fairness. Browsed a couple of their front pages too and NOT A MENTION!! Truly incredible. But they’re really concerned over a guy being arrested outside the Trump rally. That’s Huge News!!!!
There's a hyphenated idiot in there somewhere, I just sense it. Does the rat smell like other people's money?
We’ll get a weeks coverage about how everyone at the Trump rally were irresponsible and put the country at risk. People dying in Chaz aren’t important and certainly don’t matter.
This is another O.P. that our leftists are staying away from in droves and strictly because reality does not fit the nature of their political narrative:
Why did the cops enter for this? Seriously In or out yes or no. I say you get the call and tell him to deal with their own problems, build a basket and bury the body. It would be a good life lesson.
What ya think bout this: “Both victims were driven by private vehicles to a local hospital, according to the Associated Press. A high-ranking police source told The Post that cops were not only blocked from reaching the victims at the scene, but were confronted by armed protestors at Harborview Medical Center and kept from entering.”
Hey, raise your hand: Who here gets their info from FOX? Just curious how many believed the FOX videos that FOX doctored to deliver totally fake news about this event - footage that didn't even come from SEATTLE, let alone pertain to this event.
The footage was fake, the embarrassment is sadly real. These kids are putting America through the mud and it's just ugly to look at.
You are assuming that the claims of inequitable and untrustable law enforcement are fake news. What's happening is that the cover is being removed. Fake news from Fox can try to cover it back up, try to blame the victims, try to emphasize the response rather than the cause, etc. But, that's definitely not going to improve the "mud", as you term it.
They're law breaking kids with nothing better to do with their lives. Actually, before the 'excuse' of Floyd and to a lesser extent the dude in Atlanta they at least had the presence to stay law abiding. But the excuse allowed them to be unlawful individuals.
What this clearly demonstrates is that this issue is right at the surface throughout a significan portion of America and beyond. No longer can anyone suggest that it's about one guy snuffed by the police, or about the last 5 guys snuffed by the poice. The issue IS that black lives do matter. And, that includes the lives of those who havent been actually murdered yet. Those at CHOP are asking that their grievances be heard through direct dialog with those in government who CAN make a difference and that changes get proposed. It's not likely they are going to simply go away with the standard suggestion that it's too much of a hot button to address the issues right now, so go home and we'll deal with it. We promise. That's what politicians have always said. It's what pro guns officials say - we can nnot address the recent slaughter now, because it's just "too soon". It's been going on since the founding of our nation. It's way way late - not too soon. BTW: insisting civil rights and equal treatment is one of the principles our founders fought and died for. It's a principle reason for our civil war. It's what those worknig for voter registration in southern states died for. It's what MLK Jr and so many other leaders died for. With that in mind, your idea that it's what's done by "kids who have nothing better to do" is a profound insult - no better than a racist slur. I hope you rethink that.
Which is closer to the truth? A) Fox's doctored version or B) the Mayor of Seattle describing it as "a block party" and "a summer of love" Pick one.
Did I not make it CRYSTAL CLEAR what Fox did in order to mislead its watchers with fake news? Oh wait - yes, I think I DID! For us in Seattle, there were several easy tells. First, nobody else here had ever seen what Fox claimed in any police, fire, or news reporting. Second, their FAKE NEWS included scenes of fire, etc.that they claimed happened here, but had scenes including buildings, skyline, locations, etc, that were clearly NOT in Seattle. Has Fox apologized for fomenting reaction by publishing fake news conscerning riot?
This isn't a petition for the government for grievances(and the grievances they have aren't with the government, but with policing outcomes.). And in most other protests(Shay's rebellion, etc) they had the common sense not to destroy other people's properties or things. So yeah, kids with absolutely nothing better to do with their pathetic lives and have no comprehension of anything politics. It's pretty much whining to get their way and if we give them this type of participation trophy, the Republic is over.
Substantial video online supports that mobbing. Of course, the police should not have entered the "nation", and put themselves at risk. They declared themselves an independent nation on stolen ground. The border should be closed to people going in or out and the same for the importation of trade or services of any kind. Let them solve their own problems for awhile. Assisting them is enabling them. Leave them alone, isolate them and they will soon be ready to re-think the idea. As soon as they have paid all the bills for damages and losses and served their sentences, they are free to go home.
Fox worked to fan the flames of hatred by publishing news they themselves had faked. If you want to link to something someone else said, please feel free to do so.
It is critical that we make progress on this issue of policing our population. Insulting those who care as "kids with absolutely nothing better to do" is a reflection on you, not those who are working to create change. It's pure ad hom. Yes, there has been violence. However, those who are protesting are highly OPPOSED to violence. And, that's not unique to CHOP. It's what was seen in Minneapolis and in other cities where there have been those who have goals far different from those who are protesting law enforcement behavior. Protestors in Minneapolis were the first to call for police to reduce the rioters who were burning stuff, etc. I've seen that first hand in Seattle in the past. The so-called "WTO Riot" here was NOT EVEN SLIGHTLY a riot - until later in the evening an anarchist group showed up and started smashing stuff. Before that, there were several major and TOTALLY peaceful marches taking place throughout the city. I was present when two such groups intersected. The leaders compared their issues. When they were found not to match, they negotiated routes they would each take. Each group had literally thousands - many blocks long. What you are suggesting is no better than suggesting that the guy who drove into the crowd at CHOP and opened fire is a representative of the police.
Someone did that? Well if they did it's because the government there has lost law and order. They're not working to create 'change'(and if they were so highly opposed to violence, they wouldn't be opposed to policing.) It's really stupidly simple, you can be a positive member of human society or a destructive element to human society. And via the excuse of 'protesting', they are destructive elements to human society. Before they crawled out of their wormholes, we were dealing with the shutdown but we had a plan. Everyone on both sides was on the same page on how to proceed, but then Chauvin was a thug. That thug behavior, opened up the gateway for tens of thousands of violent persons(many of whom released from jail due to the coronavirus, including ironically the dude in Atlanta) and so they engaged in their typical violent behavior. If one wanted to send a message, it should've been a message where 15 people didn't lose their lives. Alas, too late for that one.
