Whether it will amount to preponderance of evidence to qualify it as proof will be up to the courts. The spikes were reported counts and there was no case of any spike where all of the votes were for Biden there were Trump votes involved.
These so called spikes of Biden votes came from high population urban districts that were 90% minority and were virtually Democratic districts.
Some of these areas have 95% Biden voters and these were the mail in votes that were dominated by iden voters. This is not evidence of fraud it is reality.

Did you watch the hearing? The witnesses were all highly credible. Trump definitely has a case and denial at this point is suspicious.

 

The judge just might be doing its job, asking a question. But it will not change anything, the rule or law of mail in should have been challenged before the election and since the presidential has been certified, its a done deal.

This is evidence, which you are [amateurishly] trying to rebut. The election experts will testify whether these spikes are normal, the statisticians will testify whether there is any area of 600,000+ voters in the country (on the planet for that matter) in which Trump gets 0.5% of the vote.

As a point of reference 600,000 votes is the population of Baltimore. The idea that a major candidate and a sitting president would get 3,000 or 0.5% in any area with the population of Baltimore, no matter how liberal it may be doesn't just not pass the smell test, it's beyond ludicrous. Luckily it is finally going to court. We'll see.

Bunker Boy got a huge amount of votes, 73 millions and some. In my county he got 15% more than in 2016.

You completely misunderstand the concept of spikes. The increase in vote count is not a spike, a dump of 600,000 votes (all for Biden) in 30 minutes when the typical rate is 50,000 an hour - this is the spike we are talking about.

I agree that GIVING Biden the stolen election is already a done deal; but at least Trump WILL manage to convince about 70 millions citizens that the DNC did steal the presidency. Now that is going to leave behind a lasting political mark. Good luck with the next four years.

 

The data for the spikes should be public already. You can't honestly research and find out when the data spikes occurred?
