The doctor understands the local culture , and the doctor understands his patient and that patients risk factors and the likelyhood this guy is going to get really sick. He can talk to the diabetic about that risk. He can talk to the CHF patient about that risk. He's got to listen to find out which of the local lines of crap are impacting this patient and not get into WW3 over issues that are not bothering this patient.

No, that would be you. The CDC just changed the definition of vaccination because the current COVID vaccines didnt fit the definition.
They changed

"The act of introducing a vaccine into the body to produce immunity to a specific disease"

and is now

"The act of introducing a vaccine into the body to produce protection to a specific disease"

Because the COVID vaccines dont produce an "immunity to a specific disease" and only give SOME protection against more serious illness.

Theyve gone from -

95% effective at preventing laboratory-confirmed infection with the virus

to

efficacy of 95% at preventing symptomatic Covid infection

because it wasnt 95% effective at preventing an infection.
