    We are setting a record pace with the number of people shot in our country since January 1,2021 ---43,644 as of today.

    With those numbers they are obviously not having the desired effect today. It is far too easy or any moron to get a legal gun.

    Some of our most rural states like Alaska have some of the highest per capita gun deaths and shootings.

    I live in a rural area where just about everyone owns at least one firearm and we have no gun violence and crime.

    I was also born in Chicago and lived in cities a good portion of my life and I can tell you that they were far more violent and dangerous. Furthermore, things have gotten worse in the cities in our area since the Defund movement reared its empty head last year.

    It was more deadly to be a military aged black male in Philadelphia during the Fallujah Surge that it was to serve in the Iraq during the same period.
