Joe Biden is legally in criminal violation of most provisions of that law and can be prosecuted for every individual instance of the occurrence. You think that the burden should fall on someone else, who is not the legally authorized enforcement agent, who has no fool-proof way of knowing the difference between an American citizen of spanish descent and an illegal from Honduras? There already is a law punishing employers, and fines can be as much as $10K per illegal hire. Of course-
