At the core of the defense by Democrats and their pundit class in the controversy over critical race theory and other forms of the same basic ideology in Virginia schools is denial that any such thing has anything to do with public schooling in Virginia. Yet here we are, the night before Election Day, and the Virginia Department of Education’s “EdEquityVA” website is still live, and it is a treasure trove of precisely this sort of thing. There’s a page on “Anti-racism in Education”:

It is a flat out lie to claim CRT is not being taught to kids, particularly in Virginia. The democrats there and other places are perpetuating this lie. The rest of the article linked above goes into great detail about how it’s being done and what is being emphasized. I’m glad that parents are calling it out.

 

I really have no idea why people get upset about this but then again I was educated to have a healthy academic skepticism about anything that is official government-approved dogma.

The article beyond what I shared here goes into great detail how CRT is real and is being taught to our kids. Even the excerpt above from a school board in Virginia mentions Critical Race Theory principles.

 

Only on the Left do you have them feeding the hate. In my long life I have never seen a Party so determined to make Whites a minority and fuel the racial fire of hate between the races. Biden now sees minorities as the coming power for the Democratic Party and is willing to rush it along with his immigration policies and CRT.

Your own post admits CRT is not being taught to our kids, what is happening is some teachers are applying the knowledge they learned from CRT in a bad way in the classroom, they are using it to justify racism against whites - racism is always wrong, regardless of the race of the racist (or the party of the racist)

The topic is education and 1619/CRT being taught in our schools. Trump tried to fight this with his 1776 commission which Biden canceled in favor of CRT. Fortunately the 1776 commission voted to stay in existence and secured private funding to continue.

Yes, it is being taught.

Do you think the actual curriculum of college level material is what is being claimed as being taught? Of course it isn't. Everyone knows this. However what IS being taught is tied into CRT. CRT is about in its most simplest forms, racist laws. It was supposed to be meant to help new lawyers wishing to go into politics avoid making the mistakes of past generations. Leftists however are using it a different way. They are using it as a foundation for how and what to teach children. They took something that they didn't understand and have used it to create and push their own preconceived agenda's. Since CRT is the foundation upon which they build their case it can rightly be said that they are teaching CRT.

For example they allow books such as "How To Be Antiracist For Kids" in schools. In some schools it is recommended reading on school websites. That book was written by the same people who wrote the original "How to be Antiracist".

Both books are admitted to by the authors as being based on CRT.

And that is just one example that I can give you. Another is the NEA, The National Education Association. They straight up said "We oppose attempts to ban critical race theory and/or The 1619 Project,” the NEA said." and that it was reasonable and appropriate to teach it. And another example that I can give you, which the above link actually mentions...is the 1619 Project. It was admitted that it was based on CRT by the author of it. It is now being taught in over 4500 schools around the country. Yet is disputed by actual scholars. Even some of the scholars that helped the 1619 Project said that the information that they provided was taken out of context. Some of those same scholars are now working on the 1776 Project to counter the 1619 Project.

Those are just a few examples. I can still provide more.

 

You are right about the left feeding the hate for a purpose, but wrong about what that purpose is. The last thing the left wants is for a white population minority. If they did, they would be backing anti-abortion legislation. Think about it; why are planned parenthood abortion mills located in areas with a heavy minority concentration? Answer, ask their founder. She believed that certain people should not be allowed to procreate. And the DNC goes out of their way to fund the PP. No, they do not want to make whites a minority. Their spreading of hate is to divide the population. That is the only way their agenda can become reality. Divide the population on the issue of race, and then that population will be too distracted to notice when they attempt the fundamentally change the framework of this country. No, this is not about population control. It is about power of socialist/communist reform.

 

A married couple has a baby, but cannot agree on the name. The father wants to name the child Michael after his father. The wife wants to name the child George after her father. Neither would give ground in the argument. So, the child was raised with the father calling the child Mike, and the mother calling him George.

Now, the question is; is Mike and George two separate individuals, or one person with two names?

Whether you call it CRT or EdEquityVA it doesn't matter. It is the same lame racist theory that is being rejected by the majority of Americans including by minorities. As a matter of fact, I think they should call it IRT. It could stand for the Irrelevant Race Theory or the Idiotic Race Theory. Or how about the IRTTHBRBTMOA - the Idiotic Racial Theory That Has Been Rejected By The Majority Of Americans!!!

 

Good post. The problem is that 99% of GOP voters couldn't explain what CRT actually is, but they know that they don't like it and that it will destroy America. That's how you tap into white resentment to win elections. Fear mongering ALWAYS works.
