    Guess this teacher didn't live up to the strict 'WOKE' standards of this particular school.

    Un F***ing Believable! How much lower can America sink into this woke abyss before people reject every aspect of this destructive behavior?

    What if the kid identified as Spider-Man and tried to jump out the window. Would she have gotten fired for saving him since that also would break the identity the kid chooses to be?

    Is the story true?

    if it's true and that is the only reason she was fired, then it's stupid. I don't even see how politics would have anything to do with it.

    People who get fired are not usually the best source of information about the reason for their termination though.

    I predict that this story will be forgotten and the conservatives trying for a "gotcha" will never take responsibility for just how gullible they are.

    i dated a teacher and this stuff does really happen in schools now

    it’s hard for Libs to admit the lame things that happen as a result of wokeness but that doesn’t make it untrue

    Seems the issue was not that she refused to meow at him, but that she instead engaged in making fun of him in front of the class to include barking at him.
    If she'd declined to say meow only and they'd fired her, that would be one thing. But she apparently responded with "is there a litter box" and then began to bark at him, which is incredibly antagonistic in any context but especially from an authority figure in front of 8 yr olds.
