Yes. Almost 50% of funding of FDA activities comes from “user fees” paid by companies mandated to be inspected by the FDA. This is one of the main reasons for these monopolies. Small startup companies simply can’t afford the fees involved in producing FDA approved products. The fees are too large a percentage of fixed costs for small companies but are easily covered by large companies—especially ones with large government contracts.

This is also why the meat packing industry in the US has become monopolistic. Small processors can’t afford on site inspectors. The cost of inspection per unit of production is too high, but again easily covered by large operations.

An emergency isn't something that unfolds over a period of 11 years when Obama-Biden and their band of geniuses figured out that Corporate Fascism concentrated most of the manufacturing of baby formula in 3 companies, Abbott owning 45% of the market. They did nothing to fix the problem. The Fascist Democrat Authority (FDA) doesn't need more money. They need Congress to right size their power to impose regulations, freeing companies under their rule to focus on the important job of making sure the food and drugs on the shelves don't kill us and the kids that survive the Democrat meat grinder.

If you had been following this like I have it is a lot more complex, involves WC and quite frankly since I have found rhar the factories pay for inspections I would rather see something truly independent
