I would guess your 70% European is still 70% white.

Nevertheless, I would be willing to bet that there is a direct inverse correlation with quality of life and heterogeneity. The higher the level of homogeneity, the higher the quality of life. As diversity increases, quality of life will decrease.

That means 380,000 of them were white and 330,000 of them were black.

How long would it take for blacks to gain just ONE percentage point in demographic ratio?

Furthermore I understand that as more poor whites are born more poor whites will get pregnant.

As to your question of what we can do. We can provide subsidies for whites who have babies and penalties for blacks and Hispanics who do. We can have immigration policy that restricts immigration from majority black or Hispanic countries and encourage immigration from majority white countries.

And that’s just a quick start there are a plethora more.
