Why not follow lawful protocol and subpoena for the records first? Sending in the storming troopers had everything to do with Trump running in 2024.
1/6 has always been about stopping Trump from running in 2024. The Democrats and swamp never-Trumpers are desperate for a Trump indictment. They're running out of time. Hence, they sent the FBI who spent NINE hours fishing in Trump's home. Outrageous!
If one is not offended, they ought to be. This is Un-American, the stuff which makes for banana republic regimes.

    Awesome!
    Searching Melania's "Wardrobe"?
That sounds like a real blast!
Those Agents probably got closer to Melania's Panties than Trump has in years...

You are correct, I don't bother to respond to the utter stupidity of the Russian Collusion hoax at this late date and in a thread having nothing to do with the topic. You may of course start a thread on it. Some posters here start the same Russia collusion thread every few weeks.

With today's progressives, the end always justifies the means. They give the phony illusion that they care about the rule of law, but keeping and obtaining power is the real goal of the corrupt.

Did Gonzales have these classified documents in an NSA-approved enclosure? Did he handle these documents in a manner that violated their security, according to NSA protocol? I surely don't know, but, do YOU?

Yes a magistrate instead of a full district judge on such an important matter............why not? And no the FBI raiding a former Presidents home for documents, SPACIFIC document they knew exactly where they were be stored, in a search the entire house including his wife's wardrobe closet and his personal desk and safe, does NOT happen every day all across America. Magistrates handle lower level mundane administrative task for the higher level judges to free them up for such important matters.

    No and yes.
    From NPR
The Justice Department's inspector general has found that Alberto Gonzales mishandled top secret documents. The 29-page report released today says that the former attorney general risked exposing some of the nation's top secrets.

The last almost seven years did you miss them?

And the FEDS have had complete access to them, inspected them last June, request the room they were being stored had a lock installed which then did. The owner of the documents is what is being disputed and rightfully so. LIke the letter from Obama to Trump is a PERSONAL item which belongs to TRUMP. They conducted a FULL HOUSE search for specific documents which they knew exactly were they were and the Trump family and organization had been fully cooperative.

You're not really falling for this ruse are you?

And no Clinton's server was NEVER approved, she lied that but was never charged for doing so. Trump as President had the authority to declassify anything he wanted and they were being stored a his secured home and were made even more secure after the FBI had inspected them. Trump never tried to destroy anything as did Clinton. I eagerly await your defense of Trump as you did Clinton then and now.

You seem to be claiming that only Trump himself is capable of destroying evidence.

That's not a sensible claim. It's as crazy as the claims that Hillary Clinton herself was smashing hard drives.

To me, it seems very practical to serve the warrant when Trump wasn't there, to minimize any conflicts between the SS and FBI.

As Clinton always cooperated fully, there was no need to. Don't make up phony equivalence nonsense.

Because of the unprecedented request and the important implications of it. It should have gone to the highest level.

Why did this judge approve a search of the entire premises over specific documents packed in boxes which the FBI knew exactly where they were being stored. Why not a simple subpoena served?

But then we know this was not about those inconsequential documents at all that was just a ruse.

    https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/magistrate

“In the federal court system, magistrates are judges appointed by the district judges of the court to assist the district court judges.”

“District court judges are appointed to the bench for life terms by the President of the United States and are subject to confirmation by the U.S. Senate.”

Do you know the name of the District Court Judge that appointed Bruce Reinhart ? I couldn’t find that information. TIA

    https://www.fbi.gov/history/directors/christopher-wray

“Christopher Wray became the eighth Director of the FBI on August 2, 2017.”

Mr. Wray was nominated by President George W. Bush in 2003 to be the assistant attorney general for DOJ’s Criminal Division, supervising major national and international criminal investigations and prosecutions. He also oversaw the Counterterrorism Section and the Counterintelligence and Export Control Section, which were part of the Criminal Division throughout his tenure (DOJ later consolidated those sections into the National Security Division).

That's called projection. If the democrats are accusing others of doing something illegal you can bet it's actually them that are.

This right here is why no republican and most moderates never believe the far left. Your own article clearly IN THE FIRST LINE says the DOJ subpoena was to the National Archives about records they received from Trump.
Investigators issued a subpoena to the National Archives and Records Administration for access to classified documents that were taken to former President Donald Trump's home in Florida, according to two people familiar with the matter.

You then point blank tell a make false statement about it, "Trump received a subpoena on May 12". UNREAL inaccurate posts by you all day every day.

    1. He keeps BUNCHES of documents and clippings which he writes his notes on and other notes according to his family and staff and that is what remains in the boxes. Stuff for his Presidential Library and future book.

    2. No they don't have to turn over ALL their notes to themselves and for their future reference and that was under discussion.

    3. Yes the ones that go to the National Archive which is what was under discussions.

But you aren't really falling for this ruse are you, we know what was the REAL purpose here don't we.

You'll find that every Democrat is totally fine with a "it's good to investigate criminals" standard. That's how innocent people think, so Republicans can't do it. Thinking like someone who isn't a corrupt partisan hack just too alien to them. They can't do it, resulting in the projection posts you see in this thread.

Needless to say, no Democrats spent their days claiming their were going to use Stalinist inquisitions and show trials to send their opponents to TheGulag. In sharp contrast, nearly every Republican is now demanding exactly that. That's not something new. They've been doing it constantly for the past decade. As is always the case, moral high ground to the Democrats.

It's not a question of whether Republicans are now like Stalinists. They clearly are. It's only a question of whether they now differ from Stalinists in any significant way. They don't.

Warrants are warrants and we know the FBI lied and fabricated evidence and edit documents to say what in fact they didn't say and were collaborators with all the Clinton/Dem schemes to deny Trump the office and then try to get him removed. Yes in stead of taking it to a full district judge they took it to a magistrate.

More over your having to throw all your spaghettis against the wall in your rant proves nor refutes anything I have posted so stop wasting your time on it.

Yes, try sticking to the issue at hand.
