    Doesn't matter. It's the pretense on what the warrant was based on. If they find other evidence of a crime -- like an insurrection -- they finally will "get" Trump.

    It's illegal for him to keep official presidential documents in his personal possession whether they are classified or not. And there's a process for declassification.

    If this was about things that are declassified, why doesn't Trump just post the documents on twitter (well, obviously not twitter)? They should be public information.

    It's amusing that he's suggesting that "there's no crime" even though a federal magistrate signed off on the warrant. There would have to be a showing of probable cause that a crime was committed before a search warrant would be issued. Duh.

    When did I defend any "bad act"? Trump has not been charged with and proven to be guilty of any "bad acts". This is about the double standards of the FBI.

    OFFICIAL.......that is what is in dispute and it's a MINOR ISSUE. here was no national security matter here else the FBI would have removed the boxes back in February or June when they inspected them. They were being stored under the approval of the FBI even having an extra lock installed at their request. The Archives had THANKED them for the cooperation.

    You don't really believe this was about documents do you?
