    Source?

Into his personal possession or, like with Obama, to a facility governed by the NA?

The warrant and the receipt prove otherwise.

Yes they are. A President can even declassify nuclear information as I showed you.

There's a process for that. And declassifying does NOT mean he just gets to keep it.

Yes, he knew. He is functionally illiterate and has the attention span of a fruit fly but he was told of the proper procedures before we evicted him. Like his <them>, he thinks he is above the law so the rules don't apply to him. It's just hysterically funny that he signed the law making it a felony in 2018.

Admittedly, I'm not inclined to break laws because I like being free, but I would venture a guess that it doesn't take a Rhodes scholar for somebody in his circle to have possibly hinted to him that, if he didn't plan to comply with the polite requests or the subpoena to relinquish the documents voluntarily, he probably should have relocated the STOLEN property. Mar-a-Orange-O is said to have 33 bathrooms. Surely, he couldn't clogged all of them. So, now, those of us paying attention get to sit on pins and needles worrying about to which enemy the whore has sold our national secrets.

He's going to have to up his panhandling. The judge has already denied his request to dismiss the civil suit from Capitol police officers and since he didn't bother to redact the Federal agents' names on the warrant and property receipts, he will most likely be responsible for any injuries or deaths that happen within the bureau as a result of his "absent mindedness". Sadly, they don't seem to recall that hundreds of that ilk are sitting in prison contemplating the fact that they fought for a monster that didn't fight for them. I guess some <them> have to learn things the hard way.

Not for the President. The process was set by two EO's under Bush and then Obama. And each applies to all those who handle classified information EXCEPT the President and Vice-President. Their constitutional plenary power cannot be limited or regulated by Congress throught statutory law nor can Presidents apply it to future Presidents.

Specific legislation was cited in the warrant. Not just EOs. Again, with each post, you manage to get even more things wrong.

So you want to know how Jared Kushner received a $2 billion investment from a fund led by the Saudi crown prince six months after leaving the White House.
The crown prince was given a 28% stake in Affinity Partners and publicly filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Or you wouldn't know anything about it.

So now you can answer this question.

How does the son of the VP (while in power) who was dishonorably discharged from the military after testing positive for cocaine. with a host of drug and DUI charges, with thousands of lewd pictures all over the internet, become a voting representative for the employees and investors as a board member of a Ukrainian gas and oil business of which he doesn't speak the language and has no experience in the industry and is paid more money as any 30 year board member of EXXON.

    THEN

Flies on AF2 to China with the VP and lands a billion dollar deal with China under the same circumstances

All over his attorney's and his own statements including the thank you letter from the NA.

To wherever the GSA sent them and the NA knew where they were. You don realize some stuff belongs to President and some both could have claim?

    The warrant proves nothing.

What source says, specifically, that they told him he could keep the documents? Quote it. The last time we had an exchange, you claimed to have a source that showed Obama kept similar documents . . . when in fact it said the opposite. Keep that in mind. You might want to review any source you have in mind.

There is no such legislation that limits the power of the President to declassify documents at will.
Now you're just making up BS

Or you can post such legislation specified in the warrant.
    BUT YOU WON"T
    BECAUSE YOU CAN"T
Because you just made it up

That is not a proper defense of Trump. If you defend him fine........let's hear your defense of his behavior. (and no no one is after him in the paranoid sense..........he created his own situation ie: consequences of his won behavior.)

but attaching a poster is not an argument......... and makes things look very petty.

If you are suggesting that Trump is not accountable f or his behavior............Well that is your view. So be it.

This firestorm is far from over......Now , if Trump would learn some discretion and tone down his rhetoric......... things might calm down.

But the Trump genie is out of the bottle.........so who knows how this will end up.

FBI Director Comey made the decision -- in SPITE of the overwhelming evidence -- that Hillary's breaking the laws regarding the mandatory handling of classified information (according to long-standing NSA protocol) was something that no prosecutor would even bother to deal with. COMEY made that determination even though that was NOT his determination to make.

After Comey came up with that, Attorney General, Loretta Lynch quickly rolled over, and Hillary got completely away with it. Collusive Democrat Party "justice" at its best....

BTW, already by the point all this crap was boiling over, Comey had renounced his membership in th he Republican Party and become "unaffiliated".

Sorry, you don't get to post fake information about the presidents power to declassify, then try and claim everyone's a Trump supporter because I pointed it out and you got caught.
Which is why you tried this lame deflection so you wouldn't have to answer why you posted false information.

Your disapproval of Trump, in contrast with your certainty that everything Obama did was legit, will emerge only when and if it is revealed that what Trump did was illegal. So, let the charges be brought and let the trial begin!

If his attorneys claimed and certified all documents in his possession were declassified, and they know he can't do that if he isn't president, when do you think he declassified them.
And by the way, if this is exposed as the reason for this raid, you should prepare yourself for the demise of the Democrat party weaponizing the FBI to go after a former president.

You have this idea in your head you can just make up any claim you want because its against Trump. But in reality voters are keeping track of these thousands of criminal espionage claims without a single indictment for over 6 years.
You and your party have NO credibility in accusing ANYONE right now so you better pray to whatever God you pray too, they collected evidence of Trump selling secrets to the enemy.
Anything less like (Oh, he has classified documents) will the empty vacuum you will be hearing when voters are abandoning your candidates.

No problem.........believe what you want............but you have yet to defend Trump's behavior.......which suggests that there is no defense for his conduct..

but plenty of rage against various institutions.

    So again:

Why did Trummp take those many documents.........and why did he not voluntarily return them........as they are not his property

If he made a mistake........then why not say so and make sure everything was returned.. Why did he allow this to get this far when what he did was wrong.......and illegal?? That is irresponsible. Is it his attitude of entitlement that allows him to believe he can do whatever he wants without consequences/?

Why did he choose to make all this into a psycho dram??
