Evans was "run over" and KILLED on April 2nd, 2021.
He was in manning a Capitol Checkpoint.

A "Checkpoint" that did not exist before the events of Jan. 6th.

Thus, a very legitimate case can be made for "but for causation".
"But for" the events of Jan.6th, Evans may still be alive.
Because, enhanced security procedures (in the aftermath of the events of Jan.6th), necessitated the establishment of the perimeter (and the checkpoint) that Evans was manning (when he was killed).

It certainly isn't a stretch (not even close to a stretch) to link his death (directly) to the events of Jan.6th.

Just a little room for thought, I didnt look into this, but guns with so called 'hair triggers' can go off by themselves with sometimes a very light jar or just brushing very lightly against the trigger, Im talking about feather light.
