Unfortunately a lot of people don't look for them until they are hit with a hard experience.....a humbling experience. The Church is far more than buildings. It is people and they are all around. They don't always pass out tracks to do their job. Sometimes they just serve their Lord and others.

You can find nice people without the church and religious bits. I think it's kind of dumb for people to embrace a religion just to have friends.

many turn to myths in hard times, this is true, many also leave their myths during hard times

either way, they can find their way themselves, don't need to deal with this at the mall

Religion is just a game that humans play in their quest for God. Faith is a "relationship" and constant awareness of God. We aren't in a frenzied search for friends.....they just come around on the journey. I lost a lot of friends when I began my journey. They were headed in a direction I did not want to go. Some have reappeared but there is a different "understanding". I have many friends and people I have not yet met I will call "friends".

If you were true to "self" I think you would find "self" is it's own "myth". Probably only a truly humbling experience will show you that. Hard times have taught me lessons I'd never learn otherwise. I look beyond the space between my own two ears.

What's the significance of wearing a plain white t-shirt if you're atheist?

So you might prefer to learn from a friend in the flesh like say.....Al Gore or President Che. You know it does not go unnoticed your little demeaning tag of "imaginary friend".
They even spit in the face of Jesus and he loved them anyway so I don't see your point.

I remember a rainbow man that wore the shirt saying Jesus Saves. I never found anything wrong with that

    This is interesting.
I personally think the shirt IS offensive because it seems more ANTI - other religions than PRO-Christianity, however, he is BLACK. Now we know if the left says anything bad about it they are INSTA-RACISTS
Interesting the hole these idiots dug themselves into with this hot woke garbage

Has anyone seen this story? A security guard tells a guy to take his shirt or or get bounced out of the Mall Of America because people are offended by the words Jesus Saves.

Apparently the guy was preaching on previous days, which I can understand is a pain in the ass and annoying to shoppers, but on this day he was silent. So what’s the big deal?

In the Mall Of America Jesus can sneak across the border, smuggle drugs and humans into the country, but he can’t save you. The irony here is the guy’s shirt also said coexist which is the fav bumper sticker for some people.

When you folks go shopping do you spend your time reading what’s on the shirts of other people and try to be offended? I don’t.

    Meanwhile in an elementary school.

Yes, he was asked to leave due to harassment of other patrons trying to force his chosen religious beliefs onto others.

Nothing to do with his shirt

Isn’t the goal to allow private landowners the ability to choose who they serve? That was the narrative from the right the last thread they were in but it seems to shift based on who is being discriminated against.

If all he was doing was wearing a shirt: dumb decision. If he was approaching people, that is another story.

But he wasn’t harassing anyone, he was just wearing a shirt. Using the same standards priests and Muslims would also get bounced out.

By the way, I’m not religious.

He was though and had previously been trespassed for soliciting guests:

Is this where we are that religious people are having to make up persecution to make themselves feel better? From shirts to coffee cups to people saying phrases that offend them during “their” religious holidays (that were stolen from pagan rituals)

I didn’t say you were religious
Maybe a source besides TikTok and a tabloid would give you more accurate information?

Jesus, Bill Gates and Elon Musk were in a timed programing contest. They worked feverishly from the start but just a few minutes before the bell they lost power. Who won? Jesus of course, Jesus saves.

He wasn’t preaching, he was just wearing a shirt. Even a mall spokesman said he was allowed to wear the shirt which is an admission they were wrong.

this is from the sub headline of your link:
In a viral video, security was heard telling the man to remove his shirt or leave the mall, though he was eventually allowed to remain in the building.

so people wearing blm and gay pride clothes or Dallas Cowboys jerseys can be tossed from a place just because. What about gang colors? To some people police are offensive, you want cops kicked out?

What part is ‘more to the story’ that wasn’t included in my post? It even had a video and i mentioned the guy was preaching during prior days which I even said was annoying,

    What agenda? I’m not religious.

the guy was told to take the shirt off because security said it offended people, he wasn’t preaching. Did the shirt offend you? You could probably buy the same shirt in that mall.

I’m sure you libs will defend this, too. The people who preach tolerance, inclusion and diversity seem to have a problem with shirts AND white people. I’m speechless.

in the end it’s just more liberal intolerance from the mall and this college.

California College Approves Electronic Security System to Bar White Males From Nonwhite 'Safe Space'

Apropos of asylum, the elite private Southern California school boasts an association welcoming almost all races: the Students of Color Alliance (SOCA). And the group happens to have a lounge.

To access the lounge, an electronic ID is required. In order to attain one, each student must complete a form which requests his or her identity group.

The security system was approved by the administration last month; ClaremontSOCA announced as much on Instagram:

Previously, there was no standardized process for granting swipe access to the lounge which limited the use of the space as it was intended. Moving forward, there will be a Google form that students of color can fill out to request swipe access to the space.

Groups included in the Student of Color Alliance:

    • Latinx Alliance
    • Caballeros & Señoritas Student Alliance
    • Eritrean and Ethiopian Student Association
    • African Student Association
    • Women of Pre-Health
    • Asian American Resource Center
