    Come now, don't be shy.
All legal jurisdiction can do that upon formally charging than convicting any person.
    Due process baby...

For it to be a campaign finance violation it had to be campaign money, it wasn't. And it had to be SOLELY for the purpose of the campaign, it wasn't and all Trump has to do is say he was worried about his family because it was an embarrassing situation. Have you forgotten John Edwards who DID use campaign money to pay off his mistress and mother of his child but the courts found that it was perfectly reasonable that a person would not want an embarrassing situation to come to light regardless of a campaign.

Nah, book banning is your cup of tea
As opposed to your sincere devotion to a piece of crap.
That is all you, just like in your last post.
I try, you not so much.

    Hmmmmmm.....let's see...

During his first impeachment, people like you told us that his re-election was now a shoe-in......how did that work out?

When Mar-a-Lago was raided, you told us that it would result in the Dems being engulfed in a 'Red Wave' in the mid-terms...how did that work out?

But, I'm sure you"ll be right this time........

Then I’m all for it. Time to jump on board. Our government has coerced social media to suppress free speech, they’re locking up political opponents. We aren’t no better than Russia or China. It’s time we change this **** hole

(Added comment) this was reported so please read the context in which it was responding to. “Time to jump on board” was obviously a reference to using state DA’s to change this **** hole.

These are the same hypocrites who have carried on with the histrionic personality disorder type tactics while crying about a Democracy in crisis.

Should politicians use the prosecutorial system to go after their political opponents and defeat them abusing it in the process?

As in the great democracies of the world like Russia, the Philippines and El Salvador....

    Then you can be happy.

"Yet another" would presuppose that CNN is known for making false claims, but this is not true, of course. CNN is real news and tRUmp is an angry, kooky crook and cult leader who is finally beginning to be held accountable.

One would have to be blinded by their own partisanship not to see or admit that the last seven years have been one gigantic get Trump witch hunt.

Wow...didn't realise that France, Italy, South Korea, Israel, Taiwan were 'banana republics'...I'd always mistakenly believed them to be reasonably wealthy democracies.

    Thanks for the.....errrr....education...

It IS the reality what are you disputing?

It wasn't campaign money it was his personal money and that would be a FEDERAL crime. The FEC and DOJ investigated and found no crime. It has never been contested the money was Trumps, it about how it was reported and that is a misdemeanor which statute of limitations ran out years ago.

What exactly DO you think this is about?

Not once did you mention what Trump did to bring this upon himself. You blame the Democrats for what Trump did with baseless accusations and name-calling. In other words, you acted like a typical Republican. It is what they do.

In a nutshell, this is what happened according to Business Insider.

"Porn star and director Stormy Daniels met Donald Trump at a celebrity golf tournament in Lake Tahoe in July 2006, and the two allegedly began an affair.

"He was married to Melania Trump at the time, who had just given birth to their son Barron.

"Just weeks before the 2016 presidential election, Trump's longtime personal lawyer Michael Cohen paid $130,000 so Daniels would keep silent about the alleged affair, which Trump has denied.

"In January 2018, news of the hush money broke, and Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, was thrust into the national spotlight."

    Of course not.

That's why Trump was impeached... the second time.

I was not aware that Bragg was running for office...or that Biden had anything to do with this impeachment.

Either way, if Bragg manages to send Trump to a cell, he will be unbeatable in elections as a Senator or Representative.

56% of independents want to see Trump rot in jail.

    Imagine the percentage among Democrats...

Oh wait, didn't our present, left leaning government accuse Trump of using authoritarian tactics? Lol, will the hypocrites ever come to terms and realize that they are doing ~everything~ they say they hate?

Speaking of that... Given that a sitting president cannot be indicted, don't you think the statute of limitations would need to be paused during that time? Practically speaking? Otherwise, why not commit every crime you want just before being sworn in as long as the statute of limitations is <4 or <8 years. There's impeachment, but of course one's own party would never hold one accountable.
