HOWEVER, he has not yet been found guilty in a court of law. So we cannot yet say he is officially guilty of any crime, and yet we know, UNofficially, that he is, indeed, guilty of enough to put him in prison for life.

He never questioned the election. He outright claimed it was stolen, that he had won it. He went on to try and force his vice president as well as various state officials to overturn the results of the election on no factual basis. He told officials in Georgia to lie and claim that he had won. He told his vice president that he was "too honest" when he refused to go along with his scheme.

 

That’s just horseshit, there is a State sanctioned procedure for selecting and appointing electors to the EC. TRaitor tRump’s “electors” in no way were “sanctioned” by their state.

There again “faithless electors” is a construct of the state’s. It’s not in the Constitution, in fact that electors would go against “the vote” in case of a glib conman was one of the selling points of the EC. -Federalist 68
