this guy ****ed up multiple times and then didn't comply with arresting officers going to his house. Its a great example of playing stupid games, and getting really stupid prize. All this could have been avoided if he had picked a different direction at any point during his downward spiral.

 

Those weren't "arresting officers". They were a full tactical assault team, conducting a pre-dawn raid.

 

He also EXPLICITLY called for the assassination of both Biden and Harris. And I don't know the details of the attack, but if he drew a gun on the FBI when they showed up . . . which HE ****ING THREATENED TO DO, then yes, the shooting was justified. Just as it would have been if the redhead idiot had ACTUALLY tried to decapitate Trump.

 

Conducting an arrest.... correct? Again, had he complied, at any point, he would be alive. Not worth the officers lives who are just doing their jobs.

 

Yeah . . . when a guy threatens to ****ing shoot you if you show up and has made other explicit assassination threats . . . you tend to do a pre-dawn raid instead of just knocking on the door and asking if he wants to chat.

I've seen situations where someone who is attempting to comply is still shot. IF evidence comes out that this is what happened here, I'll be the first to defend him and call for the arrest of the agents involves. But I don't think that's what happened. He made REPEATED death threats to MULTIPLE figures, including the FBI itself if they came to his house again. He likely tried acting on his threats.

Yes, I can't find a ton of evidence as to how it went down exactly at this point. But, his neighbor said he heard them calling for him to come out and surrender and he told them "I'm not coming out".

He was literally a threat. He had plenty of weapons and had made several threats to use them for assassination. He had even threatened to use his guns on FBI agents if they showed up at his house again. Why are you okay with this violent terrorist thug?

 

I think had he complied at any point he would still be alive. This wasn't their first visit with him. They spoke with him earlier this year as well in person. Yes, perhaps him going to the mailbox would have been better. But that doesn't seem like something that ever happens and I have no clue why not.

 

That's what I'm hearing so far as well, so my position is still that it was justified. But, again, if new details come out, I'm open to hearing more and changing my mind.

They executed the warrant, the whole point of them traveling to the location to begin with. That was why they were there in the first place.
